Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified by email.

We currently ship to customers within the European Union and selected international destinations.
